On-site Check-in

After completing registration and payment by credit card, you can access your entry barcode on your “My Page.” Please present it at the reception desk for scanning. A staff member will hand you your name badge.

Please wear your name badge at all times during the conference.

Program & Abstract Book

The program and abstract book will be distributed at the registration desk on the day of the event. Please note that copies are limited.
A PDF version will also be available on “My Page” after registration and payment have been completed.

Luncheon Seminar

Tickets for the luncheon seminar will be distributed at the 4F foyer.
Please note that the number of lunch boxes is limited.

An exhibition will be held during the conference as follows:

Registration will close once capacity is reached, so we encourage early registration.

Cloakroom

Location: JP Tower Hall & Conference, 4F Foyer

*We are unable to store umbrellas, valuables, laptops, fragile items, or food and drinks.

*Please pick up your belongings on the same day. We cannot store items overnight.

*There is a limited capacity for storage. We kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving larger items at your hotel or elsewhere.

Audio recording, video recording, and photography are prohibited in the venue.
