APSEV Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Period

May 11 (Mon), noon – June 1 (Mon), noon (JST)

Registration for APSEV2026/JSEV2026 is required before abstract submission.
After completing the registration (including payment), you will be able to submit your abstract via your My Page.

＊You may revise or delete your submitted abstract as many times as you wish before the submission deadline. After the deadline, no new submissions, revisions, or deletions will accepted.

＊Please note that website traffic is expected to be heavy shortly before the deadline, and submissions may take longer than usual. We strongly recommend submitting your abstract well in advance.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Applicants may not submit abstracts to both APSEV and JSEV. Each applicant may submit only one abstract to either APSEV or JSEV.

Eligibility
Both members and non-members of the Japanese Society for Extracellular Vesicles are eligible to submit abstracts.

APSEV Poster Award

You may not apply for both the APSEV and JSEV awards.
Eligibility:
Undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, research associates, assistant professors, and corporate researchers who are under 40 years old as of April 1, 2026.

＊Please note that applicants who have previously received the JSEV Young Investigator Award are still eligible to apply for the APSEV Poster Award.

Presentation Type

＊All accepted general abstracts will be presented as posters.
There are no regular oral presentation slots for general abstract submissions.

＊The final decision regarding acceptance of abstracts will be made at the discretion of the Congress Chair.

＊This meeting will be held in a hybrid format with online viewing available; however, all presentations must be given on-site.

Please submit your abstract entirely in English. The presentation must also be in English.

Affiliation(s)	※Up to 10 affiliations may be entered.
Co-author(s)	※You may enter up to 9 co-authors.
Abstract	Within 1600 characters (including spaces) ＊The abstract will be published exactly as submitted. Please carefully review your content before submission. ＊To avoid formatting or character-encoding issues, please type the abstract directly into the text box instead of pasting it.
Keywords	Please provide three keywords.
